Cecil Hurley Obituary

Cecil was born February 18,1942 in Brown City, Michigan to the late Maurice and Berneace Hurley. He married Catherine (Cramer) on June 26, 1965 and together they built a wonderful life of 60 years. Cecil was a hard working man that enjoyed hunting and fishing but mostly harness racing was his passion.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Catherine; children, Chad (Brenda) Hurley, Craig (Joyce) Hurley, Cheryl (Ken) Snow and Cheyenne (Bo) Mathews; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Davis, Paula (Jim) DeGlopper and Faye (Gene) Wells; and many nieces and nephews.
Cecil was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Hurley and sister, Darlene Morton.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 3-9 PM and from 10-11 AM on
Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Marsh Funeral Chapel.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Catherine Hurley.
Friends may share an online condolence at www.marshfuneral.com.
