Robert Fenner Obituary
Robert was born on July 30, 1932 to the late Donald and Chloe (Wilson) Fenner. He married B. Joyce Eves on June 11, 1955 in Sidney, MI. They were married for 63 years.
He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Robert enlisted at 17 years old. He served from February 1951 to January 1954 as a Combat Medic during which time he earned 4 Bronze Stars and the rank of Corporal.
He enjoyed farming, westerns and John Wayne movies. He also worked at Snover Stamping for many years.
Robert is survived by a daughter, Velma Fenner and several nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, B. Joyce Fenner; his parents, Donald and Chloe (Wilson) Fenner; brother, H. Gene Fenner; grandparents, Fred and Velma E. Fenner; mother-in-law, B. Lucille Compo; brothers-in-law, Fred (Sonny) Eves, Harold Eves and Robert Wickings Sr.; sister-in-law, Emma Wickings; nephews, Robert Wickings Jr. and Randy Wickings; and niece, Robin Lashbrook.
The family will receive visitors from 2-8 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026 and from 11 AM until the time of service on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky.
A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Sandusky.
Robert's family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers at the Marlette Extended Care Facility and United Hospice Service for their wonderful care.
