Valeri Nycole Fenner

Valeri Nycole Fenner of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 12, 2026, in Fort Smith. She was born on February 13, 1979, in Fort Smith to the late Roy Allen Waggoner and Eunice Magdalene (House) Waggoner. She passed a few hours prior to her 47th birthday. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Kaylea Spruill.

Valeri was a 1997 graduate of Southside High School and a homemaker.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 19th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston. Cremation and services are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

She is survived by two sons, Brandon Fenner of Charleston and Jordan Fenner of Fort Smith; two daughters, Andrea Fenner of Fort Smith and Hailey Fenner of Charleston; a brother, Dennis Waggoner and wife Cindy of Charleston; two sisters, Alretta Reese and husband Larry of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and Robertta Moses and husband Darrell of Fort Smith; and her companion, De'Michael Blocker of Fort Smith.
