Cecil O. Ledford

Cecil Osborn Ledford, 86, of Flintstone passed away at home surrounded by family on Monday, January 19th, 2026. Cecil was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and spent 32 years of that time living and working on his farm. He was a dedicated member of Charity Baptist Church where he attended the Men's Sunday School Class. He was the president of A-OK Supply Co. in Chattanooga. He loved playing golf with his Moccasin Bend Lowball buddies. To know him was to love him – he lived a long, full life and will be deeply missed.

Cecil is preceded in death by his parents, Huse and Faleta Ledford; sister, Sammye Dean Carroll.

Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years, Annette Ledford; sons, Stewart (Connie) Ledford and Eric (Andy Smith) Ledford; daughter, Cheryl (Mike) Rogers; grandchildren, Shelby, Emerson, Holden, Sophia, and Lily; nephew, Scott (Tina) Carroll; his faithful companion, Dandy.

Funeral services will be 12 PM, Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor James P. Rushing Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
