Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home - KaufmanCecil Thomas Stuart, 83, passed away on August 7, 2025 and entered his heavenly home after enduring declining health over the past year.
Cecil was born in Houston, Texas on February 2, 1942 to Oma Ree and Cecil Jack Stuart. He was raised in the Houston area before moving to DFW metroplex where he married his wife of 40 years, Mary. They raised their son, Tom, who was the light of their life. Cecil served in the banking and computer-related industries until his retirement in 2005.
After losing his beloved wife, Mary in 2002, he eventually met his new mate, Jo Walden at 24-Hour Fitness. They married on February 2, 2005. They shared over 20 years together, traveling, working part-time jobs and just enjoying life! Over the years, Cecil was an avid golfer, fisherman and enjoyed keeping himself physically fit.
