Cecil and Libby Turner were my landlords when I was in college. This was around 2001-2004. We used to walk the check down to their house a block away, once a mont, and always knew we would spend the next hour or more sitting inside talking and sharing stories about life. We were always welcomed with a loving smile. I remember Cecil and Libby as kind, interesting, and they really looked out for us. It was the first place I felt like was my home as a young adult. I think of the house, my memories there, and of Cecil and Libby often. Sending love to the family and community, or to all who had the please of knowing Cecil.
Sincerely, Hodges (Willoughby) Miller
