She was born in Casey County, KY on December 2nd, 1956, to the late Creech and Charlotte Raney Carman.
Cecilia was a housewife.
Survivors include: her spouse: Christopher Atwood, one daughter: Angela and (Jason) Burton of Liberty, one son: Justin and (Tonya) Spears of Liberty, six grandchildren: Ethen and (Haylee) Spears, Kyron Spears, Charlotte Denson, Malachi Denson, Ivy Spears, and Aiyanna Spears, two great grandsons: Henry and Colter Spears and one sister: Pam and (Chris) Morgan of Yosemite.
Preceding her in death besides her parents was one grandson: Kade Denson and one brother: Randall Creech Carman.
Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 29th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday March 29th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ronnie Haste officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
