Cedric Dershawn Williams

Cedric Dershawn Williams, 46, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on January 26, 2026, at his home in Odessa.

Cedric was born on September 15, 1979, in Canton, Ohio, to Willie and Earnestine (Campbell) Williams. He was a tenacious and unwavering man, loving, caring, and genuine. Cedric was family-oriented and served as an anchor to those he loved. He was an extra hard worker who faced adversity head-on and kept moving forward. Selfless and devoted, he was dependable and always there when needed. With strong hands and a soft heart, Cedric could light up even the darkest room.

He is survived by his three sons, Cedrick Dashawn Williams, Dashavion Williams (Alissa), and Naven Williams; seven grandchildren, K'Liyah, Don, Akasha, Jocelyn, Alexia, Malani, and Pheonix; and his siblings, Willie Williams, Danielle Williams, Gynetta Williams, Greg Williams, Payton Williams, Anthony Williams, and Chris Williams (Misty).

He was preceded in death by his father and is now reunited with his mother, Earnestine Williams.

Viewing will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 4-8 PM.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 2 PM.
