Celia J Belew

Mrs. Celia Jeanette Belew departed this earthly life on March 2nd, 2024. She was born to this world to Ira Avery and Helen Elizabeth Mootry Avery on July 5th, 1944, they both preceded her in death.
Celia accepted Christ at an early age when she attended the Church of God in Christ Humboldt, TN. Upon marriage, she moved her membership to Bluff Spring Baptist in Milan TN where she worshiped for over 20 years until moving her membership to Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Humboldt TN
Celia Belew was a dedicated supervisor at A.O. Smith for over twenty years. She made many friends along the way and had many dedicated employees who loved her dearly.
Celia entered into holy matrimony with Denerson Belew and to their union three children were born: Denerson Craig Belew (Sandra) of Milan TN, Diwoski Cecilia Belew (Holly) of Spanish Fort AL, and Jimmy Tomarcus Belew (Evelyn) of Milan TN. She is survived by 6 sisters: Georga Smith of St Louis MO, Mary Claybroks of Detroit MI, Billie Jean Agnew of Chicago IL, Eva Neal Doaks "Jimmy" of Trenton TN, Dorthy Jean Fisher of Dyer, TN and Carolyn Vaughn of Jackson TN. She is survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denerson, three brothers, James Avery, Ira Franklin Avery "Buster", and Porter Avery, and two sisters, Rebecca Andrew, and Bobbie Jean Agnew.
