Celia Ann Forsty, age 89, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at The Court at Eden Vista Assisted Living.

Celia was born on November 2, 1936, in Portage, Wisconsin, the daughter of Ervin and Mary (Moungey) Thayer. On October 13, 1956, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Marvin Forsty. They shared many years together until Marvin’s passing on January 25, 2004.

Celia will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family, her quiet strength, and the warmth she shared with those around her.
