Celia Mullet, 63, of Millersburg, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, December 7, 2025, following a courageous battle with bouts of cancer.
She was born January 5, 1962, in Goshen, to Rafael Diaz and Doris (Litwiler) Webber.
Celia married Marvin Mullet. He survives, along with their children, Dallas Mullet, Millersburg, Clint Mullet (fiancé Emilie Carroll), Chicago; and brother Rafael (Wanda) Diaz, Orlando, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her father Rafael Diaz, and stepfather Bob Webber.
Over the years, Celia showed unwavering dedication in every role that she held. She most recently worked in retail at Laser Accents and later at OP1Vet, served as a teacher’s aide at Bethany Christian Middle School, and worked at Sonshine Daycare, Millersburg. She was also a member of Community Church of Waterford.
According to Celia’s wishes, she will be cremated, and a memorial service will take place at a later date. Pastor David Bunyan from the church will officiate.
