Cephas Bryan Obituary

Cephas W. Bryan, 86, of Graford, Texas, passed away December 25, 2025, at Medical City Weatherford Hospital. He was born December 17, 1939, in Princeton, Illinois, to Finley and Mary (Tobin) Bryan.
Cephas served 22 years in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Captain. During his military career, he had two specializations in Finance and the Office of Special Investigations. Following military retirement, he worked with the Air Force Audit Agency. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Graford.
He is survived by four sons: Kevin (Lynn) of Los Angeles, California; Shawn of Graford, Texas; Timothy of Phoenix, Arizona; and Daniel (Keiko) of Tacoma, Washington; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Bryan; his parents; and his daughter, Dolores Phillips.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday, January 30, 2026, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Graford. Burial will be private at Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
