Michael Moore Bryan, 87, of Lancaster, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026. He was born on June 24, 1938, to Charles and Gladys C. Bryan. He grew up and lived in Poquoson, Virginia, until he moved to Lancaster County upon retirement.

He had an interesting career, including work on a nuclear powerhouse in New Jersey and the Kennedy Space Center Vertical Assembly Complex, as well as many years at NASA Langley in Hampton, Virginia.
Upon retirement, Michael and his second wife, Patsy, moved into their home in Lancaster County. Michael became involved with the Upper Lancaster Ruritans, Belle Isle State Park, and Corrottoman Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and volunteered at the church's Lighthouse Thrift Store.
