Chad Pauly Obituary

CHAD DOUGLAS PAULY Chad Douglas Pauly, 48, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at home in Atchison, KS. Graveside service and burial of cremated remains will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Horton Cemetery, Horton, KS, with Rev. Cyd Stein officiating. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association and may be sent to the care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.beckerdyer.com. Chad was born July 22, 1976, in Hiawatha, KS, the son of Sandra S. (Snyder) Dunn and John D. Pauly. He graduated from Atchison High School in 1994. Chad studied Accounting at Highland Community College, graduating in 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Kansas State University. Chad worked for Nabisco as a Sales Service Representative. He was baptized at the Atchison United Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing, cooking, and all K-State sports, including Chiefs football, a Chicago Cubs fan, and absolutely adored his niece and nephew. Chad is survived by his mother Sandra S. Dunn, Atchison, KS, his father John D. Pauly, Baraboo, WI, a sister Heather and Jason Cline, Sutton, NE, aunt and uncle Jim and Donna Patton, Hiawatha, KS, niece and nephew, Courtney and Carson Cline. He was preceded by his stepfather Robert L. Dunn.
