Born in West Reading, he was the loving son of John P. and Bonita J. (Pietrzyk) Seidel, Bern Twp. Chad was a 1989 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He also received his Associate's Degree. Chad worked in material management at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He enjoyed golfing, working out, watching basketball and football. He played in men's basketball leagues over the years. Chad enjoyed spending time with his good friends, Bobby Hissinger, Tony Crisafulli and Scott Bailey.
Chad is survived by his parents, John and Bonnie, with whom he shared a close relationship.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Leesport is in charge of

Chad you will be forever missed. Not a night went by without me looking out our bathroom window to see if you were home safe and sound. I would loudly proclaim to Bob "Chad's home" or "Chad's not home".And now I look out and there is an emptiness that will never again be filled by you.
