Chad Watkins

Chad Edward Watkins, age 46, unexpectedly passed away on February 2, 2026, at 2:10 am, at Lima Memorial Health System.

Chad was born on April 24, 1979, in Lima, OH, to Donald and Linda "Judy" (Harmon) Watkins, who both preceded him in death. On March 12, 2023, he married his wife, Amanda Watkins, who survives him in Lima.

Chad attended Apollo Career Center. He described himself as a "self-employed scrapper". He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, dancing, rapping, his dogs, and "Cowboy Clyde". You would often hear him call out one of his famous one-liners such as, "All the Above" "Anotha One" or "F*** the World". Above all, he loved his family, and he would do anything for them. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

In addition to his wife, Chad is survived by his children: Jason, Cody, Chad, Tray, Eva, Thad, Paige AKA Ella, Donnie, Patience, James, and Katelynn, and several stepchildren who he loved dearly.

Chad was preceded in death by his children: Baby Duane, Little Kit, and 2 others who were miscarried, his brother, Jason, his stepfather, Ron, and his aunt and uncle, Norma and Leo.
