Mr. Chadd Julian Phillips, age 54, of Wyoming, MI, transitioned into eternal peace on January 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on January 11, 1971, in Muskegon, MI Mayrene Phillips, Chadd brought joy and laughter to everyone who crossed his path. He was a proud graduate of Muskegon Heights High School, Class of 1989, where he laid the groundwork for a life filled with service and dedication.

Chadd honorably served in the United States Navy for four years, specializing as an Electrical and Mechanical Repairman on board the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Eventually, Chadd returned to Western Michigan, dedicating five years of his professional life to Steelcase, a testament to his work ethic and commitment.

Chadd is lovingly remembered by his brother, Chauncey Phillips; his sister, Chase Phillips; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will celebrate his life and legacy. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mayrene Phillips, who he cherished deeply.
