Mr. Chadderick Devonne "Chad" Dixon, 45, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina transitioned on September 17, 2022 at Duke-Raleigh Hospital, Raleigh, NC.
A Visitation for Mr. Dixon will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Mount Zion Christian Church located at 3519 Fayetteville Street in Durham, North Carolina. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. The interment will take place privately at a later time.
