Charlcie Ellen Lyle, born on October 30, 1945, in Melissa, Texas, passed away on August 6, 2024 in Gladewater, Texas. She was a homemaker who poured her heart into loving her family. Charlcie is survived by her daughter Mary Jones and her son John Lyle and spouse Mary; daughter-in-law, Christie Lyle. She is also mourned by her grandchildren, Cody Nelson, Aldon Marty, Magan Sanders, Kacy Jordan-Bates, and Justin Boone, as well as her great-grandchildren; Preston Shelby, Trinity Marty, Elijah Marty, Cynthia Nelson, Brailey Lyle, Espyn Boone, Madalynne Sanders, Rustyn Boone, Kellin Jordan-Bates, Avery Nelson, Timmy Boone, Lexton Boone, and Brody Sanders.
She is preceded in death by her father Charlie Hall, her son Timmy Lyle, and her husband Jessie Lyle Jr. Charlcie was a pillar of strength and love in the lives of those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
A memorial visitation service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 7 to 9 in the evening at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, TX, giving friends and family the opportunity to come together to celebrate her memory and share stories of her impact on their lives. She will forever be remembered for her kindness and the love she shared with those around her. May her soul rest in peace.
