Charlene Boleware Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home (a.k.a. Allen G. Madison's Evergreen Mem FH on Feb. 10, 2025.
Charlene Boleware was born on December 25, 1946, in Knox City, Texas, the youngest of nine children born to Luther and Willie Brantley. She graduated from Knox City School and later met and married Willie Cornish, with whom she had one child, Pamela Christine Cornish (Logan). After three years of marriage, they divorced, and in 1970, Charlene moved to Dallas, Texas, where she later met and married Raymond Lee Boleware.
From a young age, Charlene committed her life to the Lord, carrying her faith with her in every aspect of her life. She was a woman of deep spirituality, always striving to learn and grow in her faith.
Charlene had a lifelong passion for caring for children. She began her career at Martin Luther King Daycare in Dallas, where she nurtured and guided young minds. Later, she worked as a nanny for Frank and Janet Tindle, lovingly caring for their children, Shane, Jennifer, and Austin, for eight wonderful years. Following that, she continued her work in childcare at Ms. B's Daycare Center, where she formed a lasting friendship with Karrie Ronk and became a cherished figure in the lives of her children, Mathew and Nicholas.
Determined to further her education, Charlene enrolled at El Centro College, earning her associate's degree. She then dedicated her talents to teaching special needs children in the Dallas Independent School District, where she made a profound impact on the lives of her students and their families.
Beyond her professional roles, Charlene's nurturing spirit extended to many, including the children of her physical therapist-Bella, Liliana, Vivian, and Georgia-whom she cared for with the same love and dedication she showed throughout her life.
Charlene Boleware was deeply loved and will be missed by countless family members, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Brantley and Willie Silas-Brantley; her siblings, Helen Mary Bolton, Ruby Jewel West, Oleatha Brantley, Luberta Jackson, Jesse Washington, Clarence Brantley, and Honey Brown.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Pamela Logan and son-in-law Jackie Logan, along with her cherished granddaughters, Makayla and Mckenzie Logan. Her love, wisdom, and kindness will live on in the hearts of her close friends, nieces, nephews, and the many children whose lives she touched.
Charlene's legacy is one of faith, love, and unwavering devotion to family and community. She leaves behind a profound impact, and her memory will forever be a blessing.
