Charlene Phillips age 62 of Salem KY, died Friday, January 10, 2025 at Cumberland River Homes in Salem KY.
She was born in Marshes Siding KY on June 6, 1962, the daughter of the late Alfred Phillips, Zula (Lyons) Harness and Esco Harness. Charlene enjoyed coloring, playing games, collecting barbie dolls and talking to people, but her favorite thing to do was read the Bible. She was a member of the Whitley City First Baptist Church.
Her parents and nephew Michael precede her in death.
Survivors include her brothers, Vernon Phillips of Whitley City, Ernie Phillips (Melissa) of Stearns, Bernie Phillips ( Candy) of Dalton GA, and Tony Harness of Dalton GA; sister, Lisa Juntunen (Glen) of Whiltey City; nephews, Corey (Lexi), Codey (Riley) and Cody (Keisha); nieces Cortney, Gabby, and Shelby; great nephew Weston James; and great niece Tatum Faye
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday January 14, 2025 at 3pm in the Chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Mitchell Bunch and Bro. Glen Juntunen officiating burial to follow in the Angel Cemetery. Family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday at 1pm at McCreary County Funeral Home.
