Charlene Emma Robinette

Charlene Emma Robinette, 80, of Ossineke passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Charlene Emma McDougall was born in Bay City, Michigan on March 28, 1945, to the late Charles and Edna (Freese) McDougall. She married Jack Robinette on November 28, 1969, and he preceded her in death on April 25, 2011. She worked for 30 years in the banking industry as a teller. She was an active member of Hope Lutheran Church and its choir. Charlene enjoyed singing and dancing. Charlene spent much of her time doing crafting, ceramics, decorating cakes, but spending time with her family especially her grandchildren's events.
Surviving are her three children, DeLynn (Timothy) Greentree, Lauri Ayala, Curtis (Amanda) Robinette; 5 grandchildren, Krystal (Jesse) Samuel, Amber (Ryan Samuel) Paulk, Brooke (Adam Meyer) Greentree, Joe (Lissette Sierra) Ayala, Miya Ayala; 10 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Ann Schiff; several nieces and nephews.
Charlene was preceded in death by her granddaughter Emma Ayala, sister, Ruth Peck.
Visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 2-8 p.m. and will continue on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Hope Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Bryan Salminen officiating.
Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
