Charles Samuel Aarons was born on September 23, 1943 in Pensacola, Florida to the parents of Clayton and Edna Aaron. Charles was the second of three children born to this union.
Charles attended Pensacola Public Schools and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1961. Upon completion of high school, Charles enlisted into the United States Air Force and later continued his education. He attended the University of Maryland before receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master's Degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California.
Charles married Regina Reeves on August 1, 1961. Charles moved several times during this life's journey to include stays in Thailand, Misawa Japan, Columbus Mississippi, Columbus Ohio, Glendale Arizona, Lakenheath England and Highland California. Charles was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served for twenty years and was selected for the rank of Chief Master Seargent. Charles retired from the Air Force in August of 1981 and entered into his second career as a Systems Analyst for the Rialto School District, Rialto California. Charles worked in the Rialto Unified School District for 23 years. This union was blessed with seven children, Terri Lynn, Gregory Pierre, Bruce Riccardio, Dwight Langston, Charlston Maurice, Terrilyn Sherrece, and Tangela Shirrell. Charles was an active member of Traditional Community Fellowship Chapel, were he served in various positions to include the Deacons Board, Finance Board, Choir and the Men's Ministry.
Charles closed his eyes to rest on August 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Clayton and Edna, wife Regina and sons Charlston and Gregory. He leaves to cherish his memory, daughters Terri Pollard (Curtis), Terrilyn Minnifield (Phreddie), Tangela Aarons, sons Bruce Aarons and Dwight Aarons. He also leaves a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
