Charles Royce Alphin

Charles Royce Alphin, devoted husband and father was welcomed into God's kingdom on December 22, 2023, at the age of 87. Charles was born on July 22, 1936, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the 2nd of 5 children born to Clarence Sr. and Sadie Alphin. Charles lived a life of love and laughter. He worked in electrical sales where he loved serving his clients. Charles was never without a joke to be said, he found great joy from tending to his carefully manicured yard, reading and studying the bible, and spending time with family and friends. Charles was also a faithful servant to the lord through teaching Sunday school, preaching church sermons, and volunteering whenever he could.
Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 70 years, Vera Alphin of Burleson, his children Dennis Alphin, Marsha Richards, daughter in law Michelle Alphin, siblings Glenda Paris, Danny Alphin, grandchildren Shonna, Ashley, Brent, Billy, Kayla, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents Clarence Sr. and Sadie, siblings Clarence Alphin, Fleta Jones, and son in law Bill Richards.
A grave side burial to honor Charles's life will be held on January 5, 2023, at Cope Cemetery of Burleson, Texas and will begin at 2:00PM. We invite all family members, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances to pay their final respects and share in the memories of this remarkable man.
