Charles "Ed" Biddle, age 88, of Garnet Valley, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Memory Care of Merrill Gardens, Glen Mills, PA. He was born on May 22, 1936 in Linwood, PA, and resided in Delaware County his entire life.
Ed served in the Marine Corp followed by his employment at Scott Paper Company as their Research Specialist and retired after 38 years. He was devoted to his family, enjoyed sports and played a lot of golf!
Ed is survived by his wife, Anna Marie of 67 years, two daughters, Renee' Howard (Jay), Lisa Papineau (Mark). Four grandsons, Brandon Howard (Alexis), Matthew Howard, Tyler Papineau (Samantha) and Jake Papineau (Rebecca). Two great grandchildren, Lyla and Connor Howard. His Brother, Frank (Arlene), sisters, Mary Glover, Joyce Bradley and RuthAnn Schnaitman, in addition to several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Thursday, July 25th after 11:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
Funeral Service: Thursday, July 25th at 12noon at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
