Charles Brooks Obituary
He was born on February 13, 1934 in Marietta, Georgia to Mr. Atlas Jackson Brooks and Mrs. Dorothy Fields Brooks. He worked doing mechanical repairs for CB Enterprises. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Cheryl Post; son-in-law, John Lester; sister, Sonya Grant; sister, Erlene Brooks Kendall; brother, Jack Brooks.
Charles is survived by his wife, Linda Brooks; children, Annette Lester; son, Joel Brooks (Bonine), Paul Brooks (Tracey), son, Stephen Brooks (Carol), Carol Nelson (David), Juanita Wrenn (Mike), Kathy Morrison (Patrick), Felicia Underwood (Jeremy); 44 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; brother, Everett Brooks; nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
Graveside Services for Mr. Charles Brooks will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Dallas Memory Gardens with Rev. Jason Musgrove officiating.
Visitation will be held at Benson Funeral Home on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 1 P.M. - 2:30 P.M.
