Charles "Kenneth" Caldwell, age 82 of Dunlap TN passed away Friday, June 6, 2025 at Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center. He was a member of Daus Baptist Church. He retired from Sequatchie - Bledsoe Vocational Center where he was an auto mechanics teacher. He was a hard worker, dedicated husband and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Henry and Sara Ruth Jackson Caldwell; son, Vance Caldwell; sister, Ann Norton and brother, Gene Caldwell.

He is survived by his loving wife, Reatha Hackworth Caldwell; son, Charles Caldwell; daughters, Carlene (Terry) Layne, Reda Smith and Robin Caldwell; brother, Ted (Maxine) Caldwell; grandchildren, Amanda Layne, Amber (Matt) Seybold, Austin Layne, Kylee Cunningham, Chloe Burton, Kane Caldwell, Conner Caldwell and Paisley Sims; great granddaughters, Sophie Seybold and Scarlett Seybold.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Bro. Chris Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM and Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
