He leaves behind his wife Lorraine (Antonioli) Chisholm, his daughter Donna (Chisholm) Sevastis and her husband John of Pelham, NH and his son James Chisholm and his wife Jennifer of Dracut, MA. He is also survived by his granddaughters Samantha, Kaylee and Elaina, his grandson TJ, Kaylee's husband, Jake Bowman, and his brothers Aurthur and Bob, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by his daughter Diane Marie Chisholm, his sister E. Brenda (Chisholm) Verheyen and his niece Kimberly (Verheyen) Delling.
As it was his wish there will be no calling hours nor formal services. Remembrance donations may be made in honor of Charlie to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital online at www.stjude.org/donate or by mail to 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
