With sadness, I say goodbye to my Uncle Charles.
It wasn't until about 20 years ago, when we found our mutual passion in tracing our Cronin's back to Ireland.
We spent many hours talking, sharing, researching and keeping the flame alive while we got to know each other as adults. Covid, slowed our search down, but did not stop it.
I am finding the Cronin clan and Jaundreau's, a bit at a time and will continue in his honor and for our Family.
With love, I will carry on without my super sleuth partner.
Goodbye with love Uncle Charles and please say hello to My parents, Grandpa John, Grandma Marie, Uncle John and all the rest who have left us. Hope they are having the best time up there.

I enjoyed working with Chuck at the New York Telephone Company from 1966 to 1980. He was always kind, knowledgeable, honest, and supportive of the customers and his support team.

Mary and I stopped in to their home in Altamont, NY on our way back from Northville, NY. We toured their home and property. Always read my mom's emails from Charles when I was home in Blue Point. Was at the 1980's Olympics. USA Hockey Team Won Gold.

The family of Emily Rose Travers sends their condolences to Mickey and the rest of the Cronin family. Our Mother shared many good times growing up with Charles, and later on, we as well. This photo, from our Mom´s wedding, Oct 26,1946, was sent by Charles for her 50 th Wedding Anniversary Memory Book. Big smiles were on all their faces, sharing the joy of that special day! Over the years, we all shared happy times with Charles, on our visits to the Albany area and in correspondences. Our family has decided to plant a tree in a National Forest in memory of Charles. Our Mom loved her gardens, and especially the maple tree she brought down from Albany to plant in our yard on Long Island. She would love the idea of a tree for Charles´ memory. His legacy will live on! Sending our love and prayers to all.
