Of Harpursville
Charles R. Dickinson, 90 of Harpursville passed away on Tues. Aug. 30, 2022 at Mercy House. He was predeceased by his son, Daniel Dickinson. He is survived by 2 daughters & son-in-law, Deidre & Bob Linden, Hallstead, Darlene Dickinson, Endwell, 3 grandsons, Paul & Carlos, Alvie & Dennis, Alan & Amanda Carpenter, 3 great grandchildren, Alyza, Theodore & James, 2 brothers & sister-in-law, Francis & Joanne Hinman, Afton, Dick Hinman, Afton, a sister & brother-in-law, Barbara & Gene Griswold, Windsor, his best friend, Alan Carpenter, Harpursville and also several nieces and nephews. He was a retired employee of Amphenol Corp. in Sidney, a retired farmer and a US Army Veteran of Korea.
Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Sat. at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Nineveh Presbyterian Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral home on Sat. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service. In Lieu of flowers, memorial Contributions may be made to: Mercy House 212 N. McKinley Avenue Endicott, NY 13760. Online condolences may be made at: www.omaddenfh.com.
