Charles Ditty Obituary

Chuck was a kind and generous man who chose to live simply and joyfully. He loved his family above all earthly things. He had a quick wit and a charming soft spot for the ladies. When he met Joyce at the senior center, the rest was history. He was never stingy with a helping hand and had an equally abundant reserve of hugs for anyone in need. He was an operation engineer, specializing in running a crane. He found great joy in mowing his and his neighbor's yards and local cemeteries.
Chuck was a devout Christian, attending the Fargo Wesleyan Church in Marengo for most of his life. He gave of his bounty back to the Lord and spread the joy and love that all good Christians should.
Arrangements were made with the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 N State Rt 61, Sunbury, OH, 43074). Friends may call at the Fargo Wesleyan Church (4010 County Rd 15, Marengo, OH 43334) on Monday, March 31 from 12-1. There will be a funeral ceremony directly after the visitation at 1, followed by a procession to Marengo Cemetery for a graveside service and burial, Pr. Roger Sian officiating. All are welcome to attend.
