Charles Dobry, Jr. Obituary Charles J. Dobry Jr. of Baltimore, Maryland, born May 27, 1950. Charles was the son of Charles J. Dobry Sr. and Agnes Dobry (nee Newhouser) and answered his final alarm and went home to be with the lord Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 74 years old. The beloved husband of Judith Dobry (nee Gagliano); devoted father of Joseph Dobry and wife Sarai Dobry Sanchez, Nicholas Dobry and wife Kelly Dobry, Gabriella Dobry-Regulski and husband Jonathan Regulski, Carla Dobry and husband James Rice. Grandfather to Liliana Dobry, Emma Dobry, Jackson Dobry, Sarah Dobry Sanchez, Giovanni Rice, Melissa Dobry Sanchez, Jameson Dobry, Dominic Regulski. The brother-in-law to Louis Gagliano and wife Janet Gagliano. Uncle to Daniel Gagliano, David Gagliano and wife Jordan Gagliano, Gianna Gagliano, and Brianna Enders.
Charles, also known as Chuck Flame, was a retired Lieutenant in the Baltimore City fire department. A dedicated firefighter with 31 years of service, he was a true hero who always put the needs of others before his own, earning the respect of his colleagues and the admiration of the community.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Charless life at the Evans Life Celebration Home, 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, MD, with a Receiving of Friends on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 1-4 P.M.
