Chuck was one of the finest men I´ve ever known. Blue skies and tailwinds old friend, you will be truly missed. To this day I have to laugh out loud at the thought of Chuck and the exploding vacuum cleaner.

Many fond memories of Chuck hanging at the airport. Always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to Chuck´s family. He was a good friend that I´ve known for many years, that I taught him his instrument rating. He attended my wedding and we went to several concerts together.

On any given day, you could find Chuck on the porch at Voyager Aviation, basking in the camaraderie of fellow pilots and military veterans. We´d gather there, exchanging captivating tales about flying and reminiscing about our military experiences. Chuck, in particular, had a treasure trove of fascinating stories from his time at sea, always delivered with a twinkle in his eye and a hearty laugh.
The attached photo captures one of our many flying adventures, this one to Everglades City for a seafood run. During stone crab season, it was our tradition to head down there, relishing not only the mouthwatering seafood but also the camaraderie and laughter that made these outings so special. Those were truly good times, etched in our memories forever.
Chuck was more than just a friend; he was a remarkable individual whose presence brought joy and warmth to our lives. I will deeply miss his stories, his laughter, and his unwavering friendship.
Rest in peace, Sailor.
With heartfelt remembrance, Bob
