Roberta C. Osterling passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 4, 2025. Born on August 19, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ethel McDermott Campbell and the late Charles Daniel Campbell.

Roberta was preceded in death by her spouse of 33 years, Steg Wa "Tiny"Osterling, brother Robert Campbell and sister-in-law Bette of Bressler,Pennsylvania.

She is survived by son Bryan Osterling and daughter-in-law Colleen Osterling, of Melbourne, Florida, granddaughter Marie Osterling of Urbandale, Iowa and great granddaughter Piper, and granddaughter Danielle Dunne and her partner Shanna of Franklin, North Carolina. Roberta is survived by her nieces and nephew, as well as many cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, and great grandnephews.

Roberta resided in Oberlin, Pennsylvania for many years and worked as a bookkeeper at Harrisburg Buick, where she met Steg who worked there as a salesman. They were married in a private ceremony on October 5, 1967, and she moved to Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. In August of 1970, they moved to Satellite Beach, Florida, where she worked at Gator Chrysler before eventually moving to Lane Pontiac, retiring in 1999.

Early on she enjoyed roller skating and had a passion for reading and Glenn Miller music which continued throughout her life. Following Steg's passing in 2000, she became a "walking runner" and joined the Space Coast Runners Club in 2005. She continued to participate in races through her 80s, winning many awards in her age group.

Her numerous trophies and medals filled a room in her home. She was also an active member of "The Seaside Stitchers," a local sewing and knitting group which makes numerous items for the specific needs of the community. She was well known for the delicious cakes and goodies that she provided at group gatherings.

In accordance with her wishes, no services are planned at this time. She will be cremated and scattered at sea. Donations may be made in her memory to "Give Kids the World Village," 210 South Bass Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746
