He was survived by his daughter Lisa, sons Gary & Eiichi Fujita (Miwa), 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and one great grandson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, 2 brothers, 1 sister and his parents.
By his request, there will be no service or celebration of life. Interment of ashes will occur at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Cornelison Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.cornelisonfh.com

So sorry to hear about your dad & grandfather's passing. Chuck and your whole family hold a very special place in my heart. Aside from Chuck & Mary being close family friends during the time I was growing up, Chuck was a mentor to Tony and myself in 4H. My years in 4H are so important to me and I have so many fond memories of Chuck!
