Charles John "Charlie" Fabry, age 64, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 7th, 2026.

Charlie was a loving father of his two children, Sean and Tesia and was a devoted grandfather to his two grandchildren, Althea and Cosmos. He was a competitive Martial artist in his youth, achieving a Third Degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and owning his own academy for a time.

His love for music and his community ran deep. Charlie started Green Bay’s First Club devoted to the area’s Punk and Alternative Music scene, Klub Kaos, in the early 90’s. And has been an avid supporter of local artists and musicians since.

He began making broken mirror mosaics in the early 2000’s, and had remained passionate about it until the end. His art can be spotted at numerous establishments around town.

Most recently, he was working on bringing an entertainment app to the market, promoting local establishments and their calendar of events, to support the industry he loved.

He will be remembered for his industrious spirit, his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need. He was a gifted artist who brought beauty and creativity to many of those around him.

He is survived by his children, Sean (Andrea) and Tesia; his grandchildren, Althea and Cosmos; his granddaughter, Piper, is expected to come into this world February 17th; his mother, Annette; sister, Renee (Peter); brother, David (Tammy); nephew, Zach; and niece, Allie. He is preceded in death by his father, Lee.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, February, 13th, 2026 at 1pm at Riverside Ballroom (1560 Main St., Green Bay, WI). In lieu of traditional tributes please consider supporting local nonprofits such as Barkhausen or Safe Haven. Cash donations will go toward his grandchildrens' educational journey.
