Charles Farris Obituary
Charles Lee “Chuck” Farris, age 64, of Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, fighting until the very end, surrounded by his family.
He was born on January 24, 1962, in Grand Rapids, to Charles & Ruth Farris.
Chuck proudly served his country in the U.S. Army serving as an MP stationed in Korea.
He enjoyed fishing, going to the Berlin Racetrack. Chuck’s greatest love is his family.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline “Jacquie” Farris; children, Natasha (Mary) Schmidt, Kayla Gardner, Michael Palmer and Josephine Farris; grandchildren, Nadianna King, Pheonix King and Noah Barts; brothers, Doug & David Farris; mother-in-law, Kathy McGeehin; two sisters-in-law; special aunt, many special cousins and favorite dogs, Kaira and Spartacus.
He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Chuck will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 12:300pm until 3:30pm on Monday, March 16, 2026, at OSKAR SCOTs, 3555 68th St SE #9, Caledonia, MI. Military honors will be rendered at 1:30pm by the U.S. Army and Kent County Veteran Honor Guard.
