Charles P Field

Charles P Field 83 of Toms River died Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Jersey City, he resided in Little Ferry for many years before moving to Toms River in 2007. He served in the Navy from 1960-1963. He worked as a plumber for most of his life and most recently at St James Hospital, Newark before retiring in 2007. Charles was very social and outgoing and was a member of the Lake Ridge Men's Club. He was an avid bowler and loved to play cards. He is predeceased by his sister, Donna Marie Spinella. Surviving is his wife of 62 years, Roslyn Field, son, Charles Field & wife Mattea, daughter, Susan DiMeglio & husband Jonathan, brother, Donald Field, 4 grandchildren, Julianne, Kathryn, Chaz and Matthew.
