HILLSBOROUGH –Mr. Charles Grey Frazier, 82, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Hock Family Pavillion. He was born in Wake County to the late Johnnie Grey Frazier and Mary Pope Frazier.
Charlie served in the Army National Guard for 23 years and he retired from IBM Corporation after 43 years. He enjoyed playing golf, working in his garden, rock hunting and playing gin rummy. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a true friend to all that knew him.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 29 years, Edna 'Dinky' Frazier; sons Marvin (Beth) Frazier, Mark Frazier, Charlie Frazier; bonus children Angie Livingston (Jamie); siblings Stacy Frazier, Doug Frazier (Jean), Bill Frazier and Joyce Frazier; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his bonus son David Williams (Teri).
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 and the service will immediately follow at Clements Funeral Chapel at 148 N. Churton St. in Hillsborough with Mr. Arron Brisard officiating the service. The burial service will be at Markham Memorial Gardens at 4826 Trenton Road in Chapel Hill. The family will receive friends at the Frazier home after the burial service.
The family would like to thank Duke Home Care team for their wonderful care and support during his illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation at 5757 Waterford District Drive, Suite 310, Miami, FL 33126.

Charlie was a golfer in the Thursday league dating back many years. I always enjoyed his stories and discussions on planting tomatoes. He was a good man and I will miss him. May he rest in peace.
