He is survived by his sisters, Joan (David) Vater of Cincinnati, OH and Doris (Mitch) Manuel of Brooksville, KY. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Brian Vater, Jessica Theetge, Catherine Manuel and Raymond Manuel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kara, Emma and Hanna Bishop, Maddie and Nolan Theetge, and Bria and Beau Vater.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy Groh and Roy Groh.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on Friday October 4, 2024 at St. Augustine Church in Augusta, KY. Burial will be at St. Joe Cemetery in Cold Spring, KY.
Memorials are suggested to St. Augustine Church.
