He was always known as Bill to us whether at the Senior Center or around the neighborhood. Our bid euchre group on Mondays at the Center enjoyed teasing him as he took card playing very seriously. The Thursday bridge group thought a lot of Bill as he was always a gentleman and a friend to many. He will be missed. Rest in peace Bill. Nancy Huffman

So sorry for your loss. It was always enjoyable flying our RC planes with Charles at Tailspinner field. We had many fun afternoons flying. Charles will be missed by many club members.
