Charles William "Bill" Hehemann

Charles William "Bill" Hehemann, Jr., 93, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on July 22, 2022 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
Bill was born on November 15, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles Sr., and Elizabeth "Lell" Hehemann. Bill was a retired foreman of 42 years at Dixie Warehouse and Cartage Company. He was a faithful founding member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and previously volunteered for the Center for Lay Ministries. He enjoyed golfing, reading, walking, working puzzles, and spending time with his loving family.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Jean Hehemann, and his sister LaVerne Gowers.
He is survived by his four children Deborah Young, Gary Hehemann (Linda), Leesa Thompson (Dennis), and Roger Hehemann; along with nine grandchildren, Shauna, Amy, Melissa, Teri, Sarah, Ashleigh, Kyle, Kimberly, and Nicholas, twenty great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren as well as his brother Delbert Hehemann.
There will be a visitation on Monday, July 25th, 2022 from 11am to 1 pm with service to follow at 1pm at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
