Charles K. Hess, 79 of West Monroe, NY, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 with his loving family by his side. He was born on July 10, 1946 in Rome, NY to the late Charles and Betty Hess.
Charles proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during The Vietnam War.
He loved camping, fishing, hunting and spending time on his boat with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Kelly (Clarence) Wing and Jeff (Jan) Hess; grandchildren, Kaitlynn (Nathan), Sidney (Will) and CJ; great-grandchildren, Avery and Brynn; siblings, Diane, Lee (Carol), Tracy (MaryAnn) and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by his wife, Kathleen, who passed away in 2022; siblings, Nancy and Doug.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 12-2pm.
