Charles Lacy Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Rogers Family Mortuary - Alamosa on Jan. 5, 2026.
Charles J. "Chuck" Lacy passed away peacefully on December 30, 2025, at his residence in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Born on November 30, 1949, in Los Angeles, California, Chuck lived a full life.

Chuck was the son of the late Robert Harper Lacy and Josephine Chubb Lacy, and elder brother to Bob Lacy. He was husband to Sandra Lea Albee, whom he married on a spring day, April 23rd, in Lake Tahoe, California. Together they built a life until her passing in 2021. This loss touched Chuck, as Sandra was his wife and friend of 44 years.

Chuck's legacy continues through his children, Dustin Lacy, Jessica Lacy Driscoll, and Heather Nossaman Mulqueen. He also leaves behind the family cat, Bindi, who provided comfort and companionship in his later years.

Chuck earned a Master's Degree in business from California State University at Fullerton. He dedicated over 30 years to the aerospace industry, where his expertise and experience were highly valued.

In his personal life, Chuck was best known for his love of action movies and music. In his younger years, Chuck was an avid bowler, and an enthusiast of water skiing and boating-activities that he greatly enjoyed and often shared with friends and family. He also enjoyed grilling, and hosting various social events. He was a meticulous record keeper and was a gracious provider for his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Rogers Family Mortuary, 205 State Avenue in Alamosa, CO. with burial following in the Alamosa Municipal Cemetery.
