Charles Ray McEntee, 84, of Erlanger, Kentucky, passed away on February 15, 2026. Born November 30, 1941, in Covington, Kentucky, Charlie lived a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and love for his family. He was a devoted Catholic and member of St. Henry parish since moving to Erlanger in 1975. He dedicated 40 years to the United Steelworkers and proudly served as President of Local 310, earning the respect of his fellow workers through his strong and steady leadership. Charlie shared a loving marriage with his late wife, Diana, and treasured their travels together-especially their trips to Las Vegas. In later years, he found companionship and happiness with his significant other, Patricia DeLong. He enjoyed spending Friday and Saturday evenings at local spots, sharing conversation and taking in the world around him. He also had a longtime interest in coins and the history behind them, appreciating the stories they carried.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diana McEntee; his son, Donald (Donnie) McEntee; his sister, Carolyn Wenz; and his parents, James McEntee and Jessie McEntee. He is survived by his daughter, Diana Fletcher and her husband, Ed; his grandchildren, E. Stephen (Nancy) Fletcher, Stephanie (Adam) Herndon, Shawn (Cassidy) Fletcher, and Jessica (Patrick) Fletcher; 10 great-granddaughters and 5 great-grandsons; his significant other, Patricia DeLong; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday February 21st from 9AM to 11AM At St. Henry Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow at 11AM. Charlie will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation: Help Fight RA 8815 Conroy Windermere Rd.
