Crystal Lynn Combs

Crystal Lynn Combs, 44, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at UC Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 26, 1981, at Jewish Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio, to Donna Combs (Wiedemann) and Timothy Combs Sr.

Crystal spent most of her life in Dayton, Kentucky, and was a proud graduate of Dayton High School. She devoted her life to her family and to the animals she adored - Tucker, Lilly, and Stormi. In her free time, Crystal enjoyed DIY crafts, coloring, and listening to music. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, who were truly her pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her father, Timothy Combs Sr.

Crystal is lovingly survived by her mother, Donna Combs; her brother, Timothy Combs Jr.; her sister, Amanda Combs; her two devoted daughters, Courtney Combs and Shalee Combs; and her three cherished grandchildren, Felix Liscomb, Emilio, and Emmanuel Leal-Combs, who were her entire world. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members whom she loved dearly.

A visitation will be held on February 20 at Serenity Funeral Home, beginning at 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
