Elizabeth Goodwin Obituary
Betty graduated from Dayton High School in (KY) and Morehead State University. She was a High School Band Director at Dayton High School, Shelbyville High School and Preble Shawnee High School in Ohio.
Betty taught at Campbell Schools in Highland Heights, Cold Spring, AJ Jolly and Grants Lick Elementary Schools.
She was a member of St Luke Lutheran Church, Cold Spring.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence & Elizabeth Goodwin; brothers, Paul, Bill and Jack Goodwin; sister, Edith Clinkenbeard and nieces, Barbara Caudill & Pam Krammes. Betty is survived by her nephews, Mike, Bill, Brad & Brian Goodwin; nieces, Debbie Gilliam & Sally Widmyer; nephew- in- law, Jack Caudill; cousins, Carol Dawn & Pat Dellaposta and companion, Lee Walz.
Visitation will be held from 10:30-12 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 12 p.m., Wednesday, October 22nd at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cold Spring. Betty will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church, 4800 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076 or to the charity of one's choice.
Online condolences can be given at www.dmefuneral.com. Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Homes are serving the family.

Betty was such a nice girl as I knew her in grade school. Then renewed our aquaintenses when visiting her church in later years.
