Charles Mills Obituary

Born Porterdale, Georgia he was the son of the late Whitfield and Lenora Farrow Mills. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force a retired telecommunications district manager for the State of Georgia. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, make handmade knives, and was a great photographer.
Survivors include his wife of the home, Peggy Mullennix Mills, Children, Paul Mills of Covington, Keith Mills of the home, David (Beth Mills) of Locust Grove. Also surviving are grandchildren Whitney, Stephen, and Taylor whom he dearly adored.
Funeral Services will be held Friday September 12, 2025 at 11am from the Wages & Sons Funeral Home Stone Mountain Chapel with Dr. Dan Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Melwood Cemetery, the family will receive friends from the Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel from 10am-11am.
Wages and Sons Funeral Home 1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 will be in charge of arrangements.

Jerry was a good man always friendly with everyone. He had no enemies, loved his family, and worked well with his employees. So sorry that he had been ill. Thoughts and prayers for his wonderful family.
