Charles developed a love for classical music early in Chile which continued to his death. At the age of 19, he joined the US Air Force and at the age of 20 he married Silvia who was 19. The couple journeyed to France in 1958 completing his service in 1962. After the military he began a lifetime of travel that saw him visit almost every country on the globe. The world has lost a man who lived fully, loved deeply, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he touched. Charles's story is one of a life well-lived, a journey well-traveled, a man of great kindness towards others and a legacy that will continue to inspire. He will be deeply missed.
