Charles Wayne Neblett, age 75, of Edgewater, FL, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating.
Burial will follow at Slayden Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m., again on Saturday from 12 noon until 4 p.m. and again on Sunday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Charles entered this life on August 11, 1949 in Cunningham, TN to the late Bennie Neblett and Ora Perry Neblett. He was a dedicated farmer and was employed by Wyatt Johnson for 33 years. Charles was a member of Slayden Church of God of Prophecy and enjoyed racing, and fishing. While he was in Florida, he also found enjoyment in watching the surfers ride the ocean waves.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, James Neblett (Martha), Elmer Brown (Tom), Hazel Eads (Walter), John Neblett, Donald Neblett, Clarence Neblett, and Sara Mae Baggett (Stewart).
Survivors include his loving wife, Sarah Gibson Neblett; children, Jeff Neblett (Linda), Steve Neblett (April), Charles Neblett (Dawn Gallagher), and Lisa Russman (Chris); brother, Harold Neblett, thirteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be James Neblett Jr, Richard Neblett, Chris Neblett, Steven Neblett, Tyler Neblett, Johnathan Bradford II, Andrew McDaniel and Christian Russman.
